Home Grown By B offers soap, skincare, body care, hair care and related personal-care products. We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, because many of our products are made using natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, scent and appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
Skin Sensitivities and Allergies
The results from our products may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes. You are required to read the product description for each of our products to ensure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients. Should you develop an allergic reaction to any of our products, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Home Grown By B will not be liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities or adverse results from use, including but not limited to:
- failure to review the ingredient list;
- misuse of the products;
- use contrary to the instructions;
- failure to perform a patch test; or
- known allergies or pre-existing skin conditions.

Customers are responsible for reading product information and following the supplied directions for use. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance of the order by Home Grown By B. Please ensure that your contact information, delivery information and order details are correct before completing checkout. Home Grown By B will take no responsibility for any loss due to the input of incorrect information. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative or a refund where applicable.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. The price of the products are exclusive of delivery costs. The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Orders will only be processed once the required payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver South Africa-wide, using the delivery methods made available on the checkout page. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery periods may vary according to destination and the delivery service selected. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant delivery or tracking information where available. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control. Home Grown By B bears no responsibility for delayed deliveries. Please ensure that the delivery information supplied on the checkout page is accurate.

Returns, Damaged & Incorrect Products
Due to the hygienic nature of personal-care products, restrictions apply to returns of products that have been opened, used, unsealed or tampered with. This does not affect any rights you may have in respect of defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable South African law. Cancellations
If you need to request cancellation of an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law will apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Grown By B, its directors, shareholders, officers and affiliates, employees, agents, distributors and contractors shall not be liable in any way for:
- indirect damages;
- consequential damages;
- incidental damages;
- punitive damages;
- economic loss;
- loss of profits; and/or
- loss of data.
Our products are provided on an “as is” basis and we do not guarantee any skincare outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product (s) giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Grown by B, its shareholders, its directors, its employees and affiliates from any claims, losses, actions, penalties, costs, fines, expenses , damages, liabilities or expenses arising from:
- your breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- any adverse reactions as a result of using our products;
- misuse of our products;
- modification of our products;
- failure to follow usage or safety instructions;
- failure to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions, where relevant;
- the failure to conduct a patch test;
- any false, misleading or inaccurate information provided by you;
- claims arising from your negligence or intentional misconduct;
- violations of any applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Grown By B against any claim brought by a third party arising from:
- products gifted, resold, distributed or otherwise supplied by you to another person;
- any advice, representations made by you regarding Home Grown By B‘s products; and
- improper storage, handling or alternation of products after delivery.

Customers experiencing severe skin irritation, allergic reactions, swelling, breathing difficulties, blistering, infection, or other serious symptoms should discontinue use immediately and seek urgent medical attention. Home Grown By B shall not be responsible for the provision of medical services or emergency care.
